Games Like Cards Against Humanity
Without question Cards Against Humanity is the reigning champion of adult party games at the time of this writing. In my less than humble opinion it is ushering in a new era of people actually playing card games together. Which is a great alternative to staring at your phone blankly while not ever talking to your friends. (This is where I wish sarcasm had a font)
Easy way to loose friends. Free to play, free to win. 10 Hilarious Card Games Like Cards Against Humanity Cards Against Humanity is a popular card game from 2009 where players take turns creating hilarious answers to prompts. This self proclaimed “terrible game for terrible people” has had people flexing their comedic chops for over a decade.
The only problem with CAH is what do you do when your friends have played it and the expansion packs? You've been through it and you're looking for something new.
Any game, no matter how great it is, will only last for so many rounds of play before you need something new.
And frankly, Monopoly isn't going to cut it, Game of Thrones edition or not.

You know that awkward moment when your friend says something like 'moist' or 'vagina' in a conversation and everyone pauses briefly before giggling like a little school girl? Yeah, that moment is what inspired Awkward Turtle.
Awkward Turtle is a cross between a classic word guessing game like Taboo and a more adult game like Cards Against Humanity. The premise of the first edition is built on dictionary style words that are awkward looking, sounding and feeling.
This is a more challenging game than Taboo so it's definitely right up your alley if you're a word game fan or love making awkward moments for other people.
After Awkward Turtle 1 became a best seller faster than I could anticipate; I knew it was getting time to make a second edition when I kept hearing two things from people 'I want more words and I want it to be dirtier.'
Your wish is my command.
Awkward Turtle 2 focuses on slang words we pulled from the Urban Dictionary instead of dictionary style words like the original version. Some slang terms are mild, others are a bit crude and at times this game is downright offensive. You really are terrible for requesting it, but ask and you shall receive is what I say around here.
3. Never Have I Ever ($25.00)
Games Like Cards Against Humanity On Steam
If you haven't played the non card version I'll be surprised, but Never Have I Ever is the non-drinking version of the classic drinking game where you find out all the ridiculous things your friends have done.
Think of it like the only Truth version of Truth or Dare where the only real rule according to the game creator is 'No Judgement.'

4. Deck Around ($35.99)
After you're done actually dicking around you can sit down and blow off steam with Deck Around. Yeah, that was a terrible sentence, what about it?
This game takes the Dictionary Game and makes it adult themed with slang words. You're given a strange slang word like 'twerk' and you have to write a definition for it that convinces everyone else that it is the correct definition.
5. F**ktionary ($25.00)
Very similar to Deck Around, F**ktionary is another Dictionary type word game. This time you read a word out loud and the rest of the players write a definition and you get to choose the winner.
6. Personally Incorrect ($25.00)
This game takes idea cards and makes you pick a player in your group to focus on i.e. '(Insert name here) likes to put (blank) in their mouth.' Once you choose a person to focus on for that round and card, players put their best suggestion cards for the (blank). The whole group then votes on who is the winner for the round.
7. Drunk Stoned or Stupid ($15.00)
is a straightforward game where you are given a suggestion card and the group votes on who is most likely to be described by the card. Cards include things like...
#92 CALL DIBS ON PEOPLE AT PARTIES
#119 USE DADDY'S CREDIT CARD
#139 MAKE BED BEFORE GOING OUT 'JUST IN CASE'
#162 LOSE THEIR PANTS
#163 WATCH 'PLANET EARTH' FOR 5 HOURS
#225 BE A POLYGAMIST IF IT WERE LEGAL
8. Adult Loaded Questions ($ 19.99)
1) Flick the spinner, pick the next card, and read aloud the corresponding question. (Let’s say the question is “What would you NOT want to find in your partner’s bedside drawer?)
2) All other players write a personal answer for the question on their answer sheets, which are then collected and read aloud by the player to your right.
3) After hearing all of the answers, choose your favorite and match which player wrote which answer. Match correctly and pick one of the highly desirable VIP cards. The player who wrote your favorite answer also wins one of these cards. The first lucky player to collect 10 VIP cards wins the game!
9. Disturbed Friends ($25.00)
'One unlucky player picks up a multiple choice question card and reads it out loud. The other players vote on what answer they think their friend will choose.'
As a bonus, the cards from this game look like what might happen if you were high and watching Donnie Darko at the same time.
10. The Voting Game ($25.00)
The Voting Game begins when the first question card is revealed. e.g., Who would survive the longest in a zombie apocalypse?
Players then vote anonymously for the player that is best described by the question.
Players receiving votes get as many chances as votes received to guess who voted for them. If they guess correctly, the truth is revealed.
11. A Terrible Time ($35)
The company's description for the game is probably the best and most succinct so I'll let them do the talking here.
'Two teams take turns attempting challenges that test their knowledge of and ability to draw or perform the worst things in the world--terrible people, historical atrocities, horrific diseases, it's all fair game.
Succeed at a challenge and your team advances along the board. Fail, and you draw from the Humiliation Deck to see what physically, emotionally, or socially painful stunt you'll be forced to endure. '
12. Mobscenity ($14.95)
Mobscenity is a game of spontaneous baldersdash. By that I mean, in Mobscenity the player who's turn it is plays down two word cards from normal words to form a new slang word. I.e. 'Angry Beaver.' 'Chocolate Donkey' etc. Players then write a definition for what the new slang word means and the player whose turn it is picks a winner for the round.
13, 14 and 15. The Three Clones
If you want more Cards Against Humanity action then there are a few companies producing unofficial expansions and clone games. The original best selling clone is 'Crabs Adjust Humidity ($14.99),' and more recently released is 'Cocks Abreast Hostility. ($15.00)' The last clone is a standalone game that takes the original rip-off game's name (CAH is a drity version of Apples to Apples after all) and tweaks it. Rotten Apples ($19.99) takes CAH's same premise and puts it in its own package.
